Welcome from the Chairman

Welcome to the Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) web site. The BCUA has a proud history of serving our community, and we are always seeking ways to improve service and increase efficiency while providing quality utility services. We endeavor to maintain and upgrade the delivery of wastewater collection and treatment services to our forty-seven member municipalities and twenty-one private customers, as well as to provide solid waste programs that serve the needs of all Bergen County residents.

We recognize the important role we have in the environmental well-being of our community and in our every day quality of life. We take that role seriously and we are continually striving to maintain excellence in our services.

We will continue to work hard to do our part in helping Bergen County grow and prosper. Our employees and management are proud to serve the public. I hope you find the BCUA web site useful.
