2025-2026 Connection Fee Rate Hearing
When:PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that The Bergen County Utilities Authority (the “Authority”) will conduct a public hearing on April 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Authority Administration Building, Foot of Mehrhof Road, Little Ferry, New Jersey 07643, regarding the recalculation of the connection fee for new direct or indirect connections to the Authority’s sanitary wastewater collection and treatment system for the term from approximately April 25, 2025 through April 26, 2026, or until a subsequent connection fee is computed, whichever shall occur last, pursuant to N.J.S.A.40:14B-22 and N.J.S.A.40:14B-23.
